We hope you love your Lake Erie Candle product, but if not, we accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase.

Online Return Policy

Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. All items must be returned within 30 days from purchase. If retuned items appeared tampered with or instructions were improperly followed refunds may not be issued. All return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer. Lake Erie Candle will replace items that are defective or damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. 

How to return your item(s) purchased online?

To request a refund, exchange, or a shipping issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@lakeeriecandle.com or use our contact form to briefly explain the nature of your request.
  2. For returns and exchanges, mail your item to the address below for processing after you've contacted us. For defective items or damaged shipments, please contact us to determine the best way to receive a replacement.
  3. We will process your return and either replace the product or refund your money to the original credit card used to purchase the items.

Returns and exchanges from our local retailers

If you would like an exchange, return, or report an issue with a product that you did not directly purchase from us, please contact the local retailer where you purchased the product. We can not process returns or exchanges from items not directly purchased from our website. You can find a list of retailers who carry Lake Erie Candle products here.
